Do you need vaccinations?

The practice nurse is able to provide some travel vaccinations (for instance Hepatitis A and B) but for others you may need to arrange these at a local travel health clinic.  You can contact MASTA:

Travel Assessment

There may be a charge for some vaccinations and it is important that you plan ahead, 6-8 weeks notice is required to give good time for vaccinations to take effect.  Please complete this form and return to the practice. We will then contact you to let you know if you require any vaccinations.
